Registration Fee

1. There is a $35 annual registration fee per child due at the time of registration.
2. Registration Fees are paid upon registration within your family account. Registration fees are non-refundable.

Tuition Payments

1. The table below shows the tuition for our once weekly Little Foundations, and Foundations 1 & 2 classes. To determine tuition for a given class, locate the class name in the table below & see the tuition next to that class.
2. Tuition for these classes is based on a 10 month season and is automatically billed each month. Elite Studios also offers a Half Year and a Full Year tuition option, as well. Tuition is displayed below per each of our payment schedule options: Monthly, Half Year payments (with 5% discount), and Full Year payments (with 10% discount).

1. The table below shows the tuition for our Performance Division: Elementary Hip Hop & Level 1, 2, and 3 classes. Tuition for these classes is based on the number of classes taken per week.

Tuition is displayed below per each of our payment schedule options: Monthly, Half Year payments (with 5% discount), and Full Year payments (with 10% discount).

Registration Policies

1. There will be a $35 annual Registration Fee per child due at the time of registration.
2. Registration fees are paid upon registration within your family account. Registration Fees are non-refundable.
3. Registrations received before the 15th of the month will be charged a full month’s tuition. Registrations received after the 15th of the month will be charged a half month’s tuition.
4. The cut-off for new student registrations is February 1st. This is to ensure all students are well prepared for the year end Finale and receive the proper dance education as outlined in a year-long curriculum by each teacher.
5. Returning Elite Studios families must have the correct billing information on file to secure their registration for classes. Elite Studios will notify any returning families needing to update credit card or bank account information. Elite Studios cannot hold spots for incomplete registrations. If billing information is not updated within 48 hours from notification, any registrations will be released until billing information is resolved.
6. Returning Elite Studios families are responsible for updating their payment type in the Parent Portal should they want to change to monthly, Half Year, or full year tuition payments. Tuition will be charged at the time of registration based on the previous season’s payment type. Once tuition is charged, there will be a $15 fee for any families wanting to change payment types.
7. Please note, your credit card or bank account will not be charged until your registration has been reviewed for accuracy. Any discounts will be applied manually upon review of registration.
8. Tumbling Classes at Elite Studios are the only classes offered with an ongoing enrollment through May 1st. The one-time Registration Fee of $35 still applies to enrollments in tumbling classes after Feb. 1 – May 1.

Tuition Policies

1. All payments at Elite Studios including tuition, costume fees, Finale fees, Finale tickets, apparel sales, etc. will be managed through your family account. By registering for classes at Elite Studios, you are authorizing Elite Studios to automatically bill your credit card or bank account on file at the time that a payment is due. All payments are Auto-Billed through your family account on the date specified in your Fee Schedule, received upon registration.
2. Auto-Payments are secured in our payment system, and we accept all major credit cards, as well as direct debit payments.
3. Tuition payment is based on a full season of dance classes from August to May, including breaks for holidays and school breaks.
4. For the 2021 – 2022 Season, tuition is divided up into 10 installments. The first installment is due at registration and is non-refundable.
5. Tuition is Auto-Billed on the 1st of every month.
6. Elite Studios offers families the ability to choose whether to pay in Monthly, Half Year, or Full Year increments. Families that pay tuition in Full, receive 10% off. The Full Year Tuition option is available through November 1st. Families that pay tuition in Half Year Fall/Spring payments, receive 5% off. The Half Year Tuition option is available through November 1st for the Fall and February 1st for the Spring.
7. Families with 2 or more dancers will receive a 5% discount on tuition per additional child.
8. Withdrawal: Should a student withdraw from any class, Elite Studios requires a written 30-day notice and your monthly auto-payments will be terminated the following month. Should you pay Half Year tuition and withdraw, Elite Studios will refund your tuition less a 25% penalty. Should you pay full year tuition and withdraw, Elite Studios will refund your tuition less a 30% penalty. Withdrawals must be sent in writing to info@elitestudiosatl.com with Attn: Withdrawal.
9. Families are responsible for managing their account with the most up to date credit card and/or bank information. If a payment method is declined, families must update this information within 48 hours or a $25 late fee will be incurred.
10. Classes with less than 3 enrollments will be cancelled and students placed in a different class.

Other Payments

Finale Fee
For Performance division dancers, a $135 Finale Fee will be due at the time of Costume payments in November. This fee includes 2 tickets to the Finale, a video of all Finale shows, all class & individual photography, costume garment bag, Finale tshirt, and associated production fees for the show.

Costume Fees
Costume fees for Performance Division dancers will range between $105 – $185 and will be determined by class type. These fees are outlined in your Registration Packet received at the time of registration.
