Lyrical Dance Classes in Atlanta
Lyrical is combination of ballet technique and jazz style utilizing fluid movement and musicality to tell a story. Lyrical classes consist of a full warm up followed by a combination to gain style and choreography retention. Lyrical classes are offered for dancers in 3 levels based on age. Please refer to the class schedule below to find the Lyrical class that is appropriate for your dancer.
Dress code
The dress code for all Performance Division lyrical classes is similar to a jazz or contemporary class and is based on the following options, but is up to the dancer as to what they’re most comfortable in. Dress code includes leotards, leggings, dance shorts, bra tops, tank tops, and other tight fitting athletic shirts. Dancers do not wear shoes for Lyrical class.
